MERIT SCHOLARSHIP - $1,000

SCHOLARSHIP CRITERIA AND INFORMATION

1. Applicant must have graduated from a high school in Jefferson City, Missouri.
2. Applicant must complete and submit a Juneteenth - Jefferson City Merit Scholarship application along with a high school transcript to the address below.
3. Applicant must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5 on a scale of 4.0.
4. Applicant must enroll at Lincoln University of Missouri in the fall semester immediately following high school graduation.
5. Applicant must enroll full-time (12 or more credits) and submit a certified copy (from the Registrar's Office.) of the enrollment with Lincoln University’s official seal affixed. The certified copy of enrollment must be submitted to the address below by the first week of September.
6. Applicant must reside on campus in a university residence hall as verified by the appropriate university official.
7. The applicant awarded this scholarship will be notified by the Scholarship Committee.
8. This scholarship is non-renewable.
9. The scholarship check will be made payable to the applicant and mailed to the applicant’s home address. Check will be issued upon completion of criteria 5 and 6 above.
