- Must add value to the Jefferson City area.

Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be a non-profit or for-profit business currently in operation.
- Must demonstrate impact to the Jefferson City community.
- Must show community participation, or community contributions, or provide leadership within the Jefferson City community.
