Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be a for-profit business in operation for 3 years or less (start-up phase).
- Must be currently in operation and generating revenue.
- Must show great promise or growth within the Jefferson City area.
- Must add value to the Jefferson City area.

- Must be an entrepreneur or a business currently in operation.
- Must show great promise or growth within the Jefferson City area.
- Must add value to the Jefferson City area. 

Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be a non-profit or for-profit business currently in operation.
- Must demonstrate impact to the Jefferson City community.
- Must show community participation, or community contributions, or provide leadership within the Jefferson City community.  

This Award is given to an individual or community leader that exemplifies hard work, determination, and community spirit and has demonstrated a commitment to the Jefferson City community through innovation, entrepreneurship, or economic development.

- Must reside, work, or be involved in the Jefferson City area. 
- Must demonstrate impact to the Jefferson City community.
- Must show community participation, or community contributions, or provide leadership within the Jefferson City community.
