Welcome!
Juneteenth 2014 is Here!
The Board of Directors and the 2013 Juneteenth Festival Planning Committee welcomes you to our website.

It is the mission of Juneteenth-Jefferson City to promote commitment, dedication, and achievement by bringing a diversity of people together as one community.   The 2013 theme “Remembering the Past à  Moving Forward"  speaks to our goal of providing an annual Juneteenth Scholarship to a deserving student and support of the Boys and Girls Club of the Capital City, our 2014 charitable organization recipients.

As a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization, we seek corporate, organizations and individual donors in sponsorship of the annual Juneteenth Heritage Festival free to the public. The festival spotlights educational achievement, cultural and artistic acumen, youth recreation and entertainment.

Everyone is invited to come out, bring a friend and take part in this great community celebration.

For information on how you can participate or to support this endeavor, please feel free to contact us at (573) 893-4191 or juneteenthjc@aol.com
